BTRS takes no responsibility for incorrect use of products, including usage and storage. Returns require proof of purchase, and will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase of an unopened/unused product. Please return items to the place of purchase (as designated on the invoice) with your paperwork or use the Contact Us form to coordinate a return via Australia Post.
