The delivery times are estimates only. Whilst we aim to maintain the highest standard of service, we are not responsible for any delays that may be incurred by Australia Post or any other courier or shipping service we may use. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly submitted addresses.
Any faulty or damaged stock returned within 14 days with valid purchase receipts will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer. Any order received that is incorrect and is the fault of BTRS will be replaced upon receipt of the original order and valid purchase dockets. Any order received that is incorrect and is the fault of the customer will be amended where appropriate and a partial refund issued on safe and acceptable return of the incorrect items subject to receipt of the original order and valid purchase dockets: where the error is with the client, the shipping costs will not be refunded
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include 10% GST where applicable. In the event of a product being listed on the website with an incorrect price due to typographical or supplier error BTRS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. If your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, BTRS reserves the right to cancel the order and immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
