My physio recommended I try this and the Inflammation Spray following years of shoulder problems as a result of strained ligament/bursitis issues due to swimming freestyle a little too enthusiastically after the ‘off-season’. I noticed that after a few weeks use both my shoulders’ general ‘sensitivity’ decreased and range of movement improved considerably: also, I was no longer troubled at night. After a couple of months use I’m even back swimming again: my hips feel looser too!! I’d tried cortisone injections twice and my GP was recommending I look into surgery.
